So we have been cleaning, reorganizing, and unpacking like crazy this weekend. I am so exhausted. I seriously think that we have done more the past three days then what we have done since we moved into the house. It's starting to look really good though and we are finding more and more room :). Of course the storage building is jammed packed, but that's what they're for, right???? :)
The kitchen sink is still out of commission so all our dishes from the past week are just sitting on the kitchen counter. Nasty, I know, but such is life, I guess. I hope that it will be taken care of tomorrow. I'm ready for all our projects to be done with for a while. And then tonight as we were cleaning Kaycee's cage, our bathroom sink started leaking. :( We just can't get a break. So the only sink that we can use now is the one at the back of the house, which is alright with me. I just wish our house would stop falling apart.
I was able to start buying Christmas gifts today and it has been so much fun!!! I am looking forward to buying one of those little Christmas trees for my classroom. The kids are going to love it! Goodness knows I am going to love it!!!! :)
I can't believe this weekend is already over. It has seemed like such a long one but if I could have just one more day, it would be amazing. At least we get Thanksgiving break in two weeks. I am definitely looking forward to that (12 days???? :)).
Sorry no pics. I am too lazy to go out to my car in the freezing cold to go get my camera. :) Not that I have taken any great pictures or anything. There hasn't been really anything that eventful going on other than the house falling apart and I don't want to take pics of that. :)
These next two weeks are going to be soooo stressful, so be thinking of us. I have a big project due on Sunday and Karl has an even bigger project due next Friday and we both haven't even started. But we will get through it and next semester will be so much better. I only need 17 more points to pass the class (pass or fail class) and I have 4 more assignments due so I've got it in the bag. Karl is doing good but this paper is going to kick his butt. :(
Well, not much left to say and I'm sure I haven't said anything too interesting, but sometimes life just isn't that interesting. But I just know that there will be something this week to talk about. :)
Until next time,
Crystal
